What is our return policy?

*** Merchandise returns will not be received correctly dispatched.

*** Merchandise that is delivered broken will have a refund after following the following process:

1) Send photos or videos of the broken merchandise.

2) Send photos of the box where the merchandise arrived.

How long does it take to get my order?

All orders are shipped through USPS Priority Mail Service within 1 to 2 business days. The time for delivery depends on USPS and the service you select.

They send around the world?

We ship worldwide, the shipping cost may vary depending on the country and destination.

What are the payment options?

We have several options in which you: PayPal, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover, (ATH MOVIL and COD (Cash on delivery) only in Puerto Rico)

Do you keep my information?

Caribbean Aquarium Supply does not store any payment data, the payment process per credit card is through Stripe a private company and we have no contact with the information of its credit card or bank accounts. Shipping and purchasing addresses remain in our system as a sales record and are not disclosed to any other company
